Sinopec YGH041T is extrusion molding high density polyethylene resin pellet (HDPE material) produced by Sinopec Shanghai petrochemical, with high strength, durable and impact resistance, used for PE100 pipe HDPE material.
Sinopec YGH041T is a black PE100 grade HDPE material. If you need white PE100 grade HDPE without carbon black anti-ultraviolet component, please confirm the suffix is ”YGH041″.

SINOPEC YGH041T HDPE pellet Advantage
- Excellent mechanical properties. Sinopec YGH041T is PE 100 pipegrade HDPE material with excellent flexural tensile properties, a flexural modulus of 860 MPa, and a flexural strength yield of 23 MPa under the ISO 527 test standard. It has good long-term resistance to hydrostatic pressure and is an excellent PE100 pipe material.
- Good processing performance. As a HDPE material dedicated to the production of PE 100 pipe, Sinopec YGH041T has a melt index of 0.38g/10min under the GB/T 3682 test standard. Its low flow rate makes it suitable for extrusion molding. The PE 100 pipe produced by YGH041T HDPE pellets has a stable shape and is not easily deformed during cooling.
- Resistant low temperature, still maintain good mechanical properties in low temperature environments, making it very suitable for pipeline application scenarios in severe cold environments.
