Sinopec 275 ABS Advantage
- Sinopec 275 ABS has higher high temperature resistance than conventional ABS materials. Its Vicat softening temperature is 97.5°C under the ISO 306 test standard at 50°C/hr 50N test environment. It is suitable for the manufacture of most home appliance housings and office equipment housings that require heat dissipation.
- Good impact resistance. Sinopec 275 ABS has a 1eA cantilever beam notched impact of 10kJ/㎡ at a test temperature of 23℃, making it suitable for conventional use in scenarios requiring high impact resistance.
- Sinopec 275 ABS resin has good processing performance. The melting temperature is 9.5g/10min under the test environment of 220℃ and 10kg. It has moderate flowability and is suitable for injection molding, has good processing performance in general injection molding applications.
