  • UV-resistant plastic material, Sabic Lexan HFD1232 can resist ultraviolet rays and is suitable for the manufacture of outdoor products. It can still maintain excellent mechanical properties after long-term use.
  • PC material with improved performance. Lexan HFD1232 is modified with siloxanes, which effectively improves its flexibility, impact resistance, and low-temperature performance compared to conventional PC materials. Its Charpy notched impact strength reaches 79 kJ/m², which is higher than the 65 kJ/m² of the commonly used PC material 123R-111. The performance issues commonly associated with traditional polycarbonate, such as hydrolysis and yellowing at high temperatures, have been improved. However, this comes at the cost of reduced heat resistance, load-bearing capacity, and scratch resistance.
  • High fluidity polycarbonate material, HFD1232 PC has a melt index of 18 at 300℃ 1.2kgf. Compared with other PC particles, it has higher fluidity and is suitable for the manufacturing of complex and precision products.
