Sabic 118WJ is a linear low density polyethylene material (LLDPE) specially used for the production of films and packaging bags. It has good tensile properties, high toughness, and puncture resistance. It contains anti-blocking agent and slip agent ingredients to improve the product’s usability.

Good tensile properties. As a LLDPE material specially used for the production of films and packaging bags, Sabic 118WJ has a flow tensile modulus of 160MPa, a vertical tensile modulus of 180MPa, and a vertical tensile rate of 800%, which is superior to the tensile properties of conventional LDPE.
Good processing performance and user experience. The melt index of Sabic 118WJ LLDPE is 1.0g/10min under the test environment of 190℃ and 2.16kg, is suitable for extrusion molding. It is convenient for manufacturing, contains anti-blocking agent and lubricant ingredients, which facilitates the storage of films and packaging bags and improves consumer experience.
Good puncture resistance. The puncture resistance of Sabic 118WJ LLDPE material reaches 380J/m, which is better than other polymers of the same grade and is suitable for production in environments with more stringent requirements on puncture resistance.
