Celanese Zytel 74G33W PA66/6 pellet Description
Zytel 74G33W is a 33% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 and polyamide 6 blend resin pellet (PA66/6 or nylon 66/6 material) produced by Celanese Engineering Plastics. It contains UV-resistant ingredients and has excellent tensile strength and impact resistance. The finished product has good gloss properties and weather resistance, and it is easy to color. It is often used in the production of automotive-related applications.

Celanese Zytel 74G33W PA66/6 pellet Advantage
- Glass fiber reinforced polyamide material. Celanese Zytel 74G33W nylon 66/6 contains 33% glass fiber reinforcement (GF33 PA 66/6), which makes the material have better high temperature resistance, rigidity and mechanical strength.
- Plastic alloy material made from a blend of nylon 66 and nylon 6. Zytel 74G33W is made from a blend of polyamide 66 (PA 66) and polyamide 6 (PA6). It combines the dimensional stability and high toughness of PA6 with the heat resistance, high rigidity, and wear resistance of nylon 66, while reducing its high water absorption and insufficient dimensional stability.
- High-temperature resistant plastic materials. Under a test environment of 1.8 MPa, the heat deformation temperature of Zytel 74G33W polyamide 66/6 plastic alloy reaches 225°C, exceeding that of conventional nylon 6 materials. It is suitable for applications with more stringent requirements for high-temperature resistance.
- Dimensionally stable polyamide 66 material, Zytel 74G33W nylon 66 material, has significantly improved water absorption due to the reinforcement of glass fiber and the addition of polyamide 6. The shrinkage rate in the flow direction at 2mm and 23℃ test environment is only 0.3%, and in the vertical direction it is 0.9%, making it suitable for the manufacture of precision parts.
- Good weather resistance. Zytel 74G33W PA 66/6 material contains anti-UV additives, which enables it to maintain good mechanical properties in long-term outdoor use
