Tairiloy AC3100 is a polycarbonate+Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC+ABS plastic alloy) material produced by Formosa Chemical. AC3100 PC alloy has high temperature resistance and flame retardant properties and is used for thin wall applications such as display housings, notebook housings, home appliance housings, and hard disk housings.

Tairiloy AC3100 PC+ABS pellets Advantage
- High temperature resistant plastic material. Compared with conventional PC/ABS alloy materials, Tairiloy AC3100 PC+ABS has higher heat resistance. The heat deformation temperature under the 6.4mm 1.8MPa test environment reaches 90℃, and the Vicat softening temperature under the 10N test environment reaches 107℃. It has better advantages in conventional electronic and electrical equipment heat dissipation applications.
- Excellent flame retardant properties. Tairiloy AC3100 PC/ABS material contains flame retardant ingredients, which can greatly reduce the risk of property loss to users when electronic and electrical equipment malfunctions and cause fire.
- Excellent impact resistance. Compared with conventional polycarbonate materials, AC3100 PC/ABS has an Izod notch impact of 420J/m at 23°C and 3.2mm, and a Simply supported beam notch impact of 44kJ/㎡ at 4.0mm. It is suitable for use in electronic and electrical equipment housings with high requirements for impact resistance.
