Lotte Seetec VS430 EVA pellet Description
Lotte Seetec VS430 is a foamed ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer (EVA material) produced by Lotte Chemical. It has a VA content of 19 wt%, is moderately flexible, and is resistant to low temperatures, can be used in shoe soles and hot melt adhesives. VS430 EVA material can also be mixed with other polymers to improve the material’s flexibility, impact resistance, and low-temperature resistance.
SEETEC VS430 resin is produced by ExxonMobil Chemical’s autoclave process technology, is an excellent raw material in the application of foam.

Lotte SEETEC VS430 EVA pellet Advantage
- Excellent foaming properties. Seetec VS430 EVA material contains 19wt% vinyl acetate (VA), a medium VA content. It offers good foaming properties and a balanced strength and flexibility. It can be used in the production of shoe soles, foamed sheets, and hot-melt adhesives.
- Good adhesion, SEETEC VS430 can be used in the manufacture of hot melt adhesives with high adhesion requirements, with a faster curing speed, so that the EVA hot melt adhesive has a good use of performance.
- Good mechanical properties. Lotte VS430 EVA material has a tensile strength of 195kg/cm2 and a tensile strength of 740%, has good flexibility and tensile properties.
