  • Fuel contact grade, As a polyoxymethylene material specially used for fuel vehicles, Hostaform C13031 POM has good chemical resistance to fuel and can be used to produce fuel-related parts. This material is widely used by many automobile manufacturers, such as Bosch, Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Group, Li Auto, Renault, and Chrysler. 
  • Food contact grade polyoxymethylene material. Celanese Hostaform C13031 POM material has obtained FDA 21 CFR 177.2470 certification and is a very safe food contact application material that can be used in food production transmission devices
  • Good processing performance. Hostaform C13031 has suitable processing conditions, a melt index of 12cm³/10min at 190℃ 2.16kg, which is suitable for processing complex and precise parts. At the same time, the material contains a release agent, which effectively reduces the material residue in the mold and improves the production efficiency of the product.
  • High heat resistance, Hostaform C13031 POM has better high temperature resistance than other products of the same level. The heat deformation temperature under the 1.8Mpa test environment reaches 107℃ and the melting temperature reaches 170℃, which is very suitable for high temperature application environment.
  • Strong mechanical properties. Celanese C 13031 POM has higher strength and hardness, with a tensile modulus of 3050 MPa and a flexural modulus of 3000 MPa, under a test environment of 23°C. Ball indentation Hardness 30s is slightly higher than similar products, reaching 156MPa. 13031 POM is suitable for the production of products with high requirements for strength and hardness.
