Leona 1300S is injection molding polyamide 6,6 (PA66) produced by Japan Asahi Kasei. It contains mold release and lubricant ingredients, has excellent toughness, electrical properties, and good heat and oil resistance. Leona 1300S PA6,6 material is commonly used in the production of automotive parts, automotive interior and exterior trim, rolled strip, and office equipment parts.

High-temperature resistant PA66 material. Compared with other plastic materials, Leona 1300S PA6/6 has better heat resistance. The heat deformation temperature under 0.45MPa test environment reaches 190℃, and the heat deformation temperature under 1.8MPa test environment reaches 70℃.

Good flexibility. The tensile modulus of Asahi Kase 1300S PA6/6 material in the dry state under the test environment of 23℃ reaches 3000MPa, and the flexural modulus reaches 2700MPa. It is convenient for product bending and stretching processing while having good impact absorption capacity.
- PA6,6 material with excellent lubrication performance and wear resistance. Leona 1300S has a Taber wear of only 7.00 mg after 1000 cycles.
