Toray Torelina A504X90 PPS pellet Description
Torelina A504X90 is a 40% glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide resin pellet (PPS material) produced by Toray Industries. It has a UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating and strong high-temperature resistance. It is used in automotive hoods, printer devices, connectors, gears, and oil and gas applications.

Toray Torelina A504X90 PPS pellet Advantage
- GF40 reinforced PPS material. Torelina A504X90 polyphenylene sulfide material contains 40% glass fiber reinforcement, which gives it higher high temperature resistance, strength and rigidity. It is a high-quality engineering plastic raw material.
- Torelina A504X90 PPS has excellent high-temperature resistance and flame retardant. Its heat deflection temperature can reach 260°C under a 1.8MPa test environment, can maintain excellent mechanical properties without damage even when used for a long time in a high-temperature environment above 200°C. It is widely used in applications requiring high-temperature resistance, such as automotive engines, heat dissipation components, and gears. Even without additives, it can achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardancy
- Good mechanical properties. Due to the glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide, Torelina A504X90 PPS has excellent material rigidity and strength. The flexural modulus can reach 15000MPa under the test environment of 23℃
