Hyosung Poketone M330A POK Description
Poketone M330A is a new-generation, highly lubricious polymer material produced by Hyosung Chemical. Its full name is polyketone, also known as”POK material.”As an effective alternative to polyoxymethylene (POM), it contains no toxic volatile substances and offers exceptional safety performance. At the same time, M330A POM, with its excellent lubricity, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and high-temperature resistance, finds widespread application in high-wear-resistance fields such as automotive components, valves, bearings, and gears.

Hyosung Poketone M330A POK Advantage
- Exceptional wear resistance. As a premium alternative to polyoxymethylene (POM), Poketone M330A offers 14 times the wear resistance of POM. Its superior wear resistance and lubricity effectively extend the service life of valves, bearings, and gears.
- Enhanced heat resistance. Hyosung POK M330A has a Vicat softening temperature of 195°C and a heat deflection temperature of 200°C under a test condition of 0.45 MPa, which is significantly higher than that of conventional polyamide and polyformaldehyde materials, making it suitable for high-temperature applications such as automotive engines.
- Enhanced safety features.Unlike polyacetal materials (POM), which release volatile toxic substances such as formaldehyde during processing and use, Hyosung M330A POK is produced through the copolymerization of carbon monoxide and olefins. It does not release any volatile toxic substances during processing or use and offers exceptional safety performance.
