Dupont Delrin 100P NC010 POM pellet Description
Delrin 100P is a general purpose acetal homopolymer pellet produced by Dupont Performance Polymers. Also known as”POM-H,”it offers superior strength and toughness compared to acetal copolymers. Its melt index is 2.5g/10min (at 190°C, 2.16kg). This high viscosity polyoxymethylene material offers favorable processing conditions.
⚠️DuPont Delrin 100P is available in two colors. The suffix”NC010″represents the natural color (creamy white) of the POM material, and”BK602″represents the black color of the acetal material. If you need other customized colors, please contact us.

DuPont 100P Delrin POM pellets Advantage

Balanced mechanical properties, DuPont Delrin 100P has good toughness and strength, with a flexural modulus of 2900MPa and a Chary notch impact of 14kJ/㎡ at 23℃. It is suitable for conventional engineering plastic applications.

Environmentally friendly POM material, DuPont 100P is POM material with low volatile organic compounds (low VOC), has a VDA 275 test standard of only 8mg/kg of organic matter emission, which is much lower than other polyoxymethylene materials of the same grade. It is suitable for applications such as automobiles and home appliances that have strict requirements on organic matter emission (VOC).

Good processing performance. High-viscosity POM materials are inconvenient to process. Although DuPont Delrin 100P is also a high-viscosity material, it contains lubricants and release agents, the melt index is 2.5g/10min at 190℃ and 2.16kg test environment, which performs well in both injection molding and extrusion molding, effectively reduce the material residue in the mold and improve product production efficiency.
