Fortron 1140L4 is a PPS material produced by Celanese Company that focuses on injection molding. 1140L4 PPS has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high toughness, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. Due to its good performance, it is widely used in many fields such as automotive parts, home appliance parts, valves, and water pump parts.

With super high temperature resistance, Fortron 1140L4 PPS products can still maintain good mechanical properties in high continuous use temperature (160℃ to 240℃) working environment, and play an excellent heat resistance. It has full application in high temperature use environment such as automobile parts manufacturing and industrial equipment parts.
- Ultra-high strength plastic material. Fortron 1140L4 is reinforced with 40% glass fiber to effectively enhance the strength of the material. It has the highest strength among similar products and is a project material in automotive parts, electrical parts and industrial equipment applications.
- High-performance flame-retardant material. Celanese 1140L4 has a UL94 flame-retardant rating of V-0,5VA, which is a high flame-retardant material among polyphenylene sulfide materials of the same grade. It is widely used in home appliances and automobiles.

Good processing performance. To improve the processing of PPS materials, 1140L4 PPS is added with a release agent, which plays an advantage in large-scale production, precision and small parts manufacturing.
