BASF Ultramid A3EG6 PA66 pellet Advantage
-
High temperature resistance: Ultramiad A3EG6 polyamid material is reinforced with 33% glass fiber, which is more resistant to high temperatures than the same nylon material without glass fiber. It is suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant mechanical parts and cooling system parts.
-
Easy to process. The melt index of the BASF A3EG6 material reaches 30g/10min, and the fluidity is relatively high during processing. At the same time, the nylon material contains a release agent, which is suitable for the manufacture of precision and complex products.
-
Nylon material with enhanced mechanical properties. After being reinforced with glass fiber, the rigidity and strength of A3EG6 PA66 are significantly improved. The finished products hardly deforms under high temperature and long-term stress. The material has excellent stability and is suitable for various engineering applications.
